Hot Fudge Sauce

Cook on low heat until it dissolves:
3 T. cocoa
½ tsp. salt
¾ cup sugar
2 ½ T. water

Add ¾ cup evaporated milk. When it comes to a boil, let boil for 3 minutes. Take off heat and add 2 T. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla. Stir.
