2 cups finely diced tropical fruit (suggestions: kiwi, pineapple, mango, and papaya)
2 avocados, pitted, peeled & cut into 1/4" dice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 fresh Serrano or jalapeno chile, seeded & finely chopped
2 T. fresh lime juice
1 fresh, diced tomato
Gently toss together all ingredients with salt & pepper to taste.
